Periodic review
Your clients should be periodically reviewed to see if they still fall within their assigned risk category. The higher the risk, the most often a client should be reviewed.
High demand
There’s a good chance you’ll face a high demand if there’s remediation where a large number of clients are reviewed in a short period of time. If this demand gets too high, or you don’t have the resources necessary, this can create issues.
