Business Development Manager Finance

You are a brainstorming partner for senior management in the domain of Finance domain and you are the person we call to solve complex financial issues for our clients.

Business Development Manager Finance / Senior KYC Analist

What will you be doing?

  • Brainstorming with clients;
  • Taking on assignments from existing and new clients;
  • Help come up with ideas for product development and new services;
  • Developing and maintaining existing client networks;
  • Managing assignments with existing clients and ensuring good supervision is provided;
  • Organising knowledge sessions within your field of expertise on an annual basis;
  • Actively sharing knowledge and market developments with clients.

Here’s what you can count on

  • A gross monthly salary of between €3.500 and €5.500;
  • A learning path tailored to your situation;
  • A laptop and smartphone;
  • Various internal courses on coaching, employment conditions and more;
  • Promotion opportunities to positions such as business manager;
  • 22.5 days' leave based on a 36-hour-per-week contract;
  • A one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent employment contract on good performance in your first year;
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses
