Corporate Recruiter / Junior Data Analist

In your position as Corporate Recruiter, you strive to achieve the best results. possible The perfect ˜candidate journey' is a major key to success! You work independently, but always in close cooperation with your colleagues. We only recruit colleagues for our own organisation. Knowledge and skills are important parts of our recruitment process, but so are personality and drive. As a Corporate Recruiter, you make a difference by conducting good job interviews with a personal touch!

Important: Excellent command of the Dutch language is a requirement for this role.

What will you be doing?

  • Coming up with creative ways to get in touch with top talent;
  • Leading competency-based interviews to ensure you only select those colleagues who fit our company culture;
  • Working together with your business development colleagues to maintain business relationships;
  • Negotiating terms of employment;
  • Selecting and connecting people to our client’s.

Here’s what you can count on

  • A gross monthly salary of between €2.900 and €4.200;
  • A learning path tailored to your situation;
  • A laptop and smartphone;
  • Various internal courses on coaching, employment conditions and more;
  • Promotion opportunities within the organisation;
  • 25 days' leave based on a 40-hour-per-week contract;
  • A one-year contract with the intention to offer you a permanent employment contract on good performance in your first year;
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, HR or similar;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a corporate recruiter and a clear vision of the future of recruitment;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Persuasive prowess. You’re not only a great storyteller, but you also know how to be persuasive;
  • Strong conversation skills. You are result-oriented and a go-getter;
  • An open-minded attitude and strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify new opportunities quickly;
  • A good command of the Dutch and English language.
