HR Business Partner

We expect our HR Business Partner to be professional, knowledgeable and pragmatic. You will spend your time matching the right talent to each project, together with your business unit. In addition, you will help our colleagues by coaching them throughout their careers. Your knowledge and experience make you the perfect brainstorming partner in your area of expertise.

What will you be doing?

  • Match colleagues to clients;
  • Supervise +/- 30 junior to senior colleagues on their assignments and in their development by providing them with personalised learning paths;
  • Proactively come up with ideas for new developments in our organisation;
  • Understanding customer needs and translating them into the knowledge and expertise required by our colleagues.

Here’s what you can count on

  • A gross monthly salary of between €4.000 and €5.500;
  • A learning path tailored to your situation;
  • A laptop and smartphone;
  • Various internal courses on coaching, employment conditions and more;
  • Promotion opportunities to positions such as business manager;
  • 25 days' leave based on a 36-hour-per-week contract;
  • A permanent employment contract;
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses

Here’s what you bring to the table

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or similar;
  • At least five years of experience as a HR Business Partner or in Resource Management;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Persuasive prowess. You’re not only a great storyteller, but you also know how to be persuasive;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Experience in and knowledge of process-based work;
  • A good command of the Dutch and English language;
  • A “type B” driving licence (legally allowed to dive a car)
