Junior Data Analist

This ensures your team deliver the best possible quality work and gets better every day.

What will you be doing?

  • Collecting, structuring and monitoring data, to add as much value as possible;
  • Improve our organisation by helping us leverage data more effectively;
  • Developing data models and aiding in data visualisation, making the data and insights understandable;
  • Write reports incorporating your research findings;
  • Examine and streamline various processes;
  • Advising senior management. Your work makes a difference and really matters.

Here’s what you can count on

  • A gross monthly salary of between €2.800 and €3.400;
  • A learning path tailored to your situation;
  • 1-on-1 guidance and career counselling by a field manager;
  • Access to our very own Bright Academy and an online learning environment;
  • 22.5 days' leave based on a 36-hour-per-week contract

Here’s what you bring to the table

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics or similar;
  • Experience in data modelling, process automation, visualisation tooling, and generating practical insights for organisations;
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities;
  • Interested in working with data;
  • Working knowledge of one or more programming languages, including SQL, Python or R.
