Junior Financial Analist

You’re a great fit for a role as Junior Financial Analyst at BrightStone Group if you love adding value through creative problem solving and helping your colleagues interpret and work with financial data. You make financial processes future-proof using the latest tools and developments. You have knowledge of analysing large quantities of financial data and you are an expert at building clear dashboards.

What will you be doing?

  • Collecting, structuring and checking financial data with the aim of developing the best financial reports possible;
  • Helping our organisation improve by improving the way we use financial data;
  • Developing dashboards to contribute to data visualisation;
  • Supporting the controller in preparing reports, budgets and plans;
  • Advising senior management. Your work truly matters.

Here’s what you can count on

  • A gross monthly salary of between €2.800 and €3.500;
  • A learning path tailored to your situation;
  • 1-on-1 guidance and career counselling by a field manager;
  • Access to our very own Bright Academy and an online learning environment;
  • 22.5 days' leave based on a 36-hour-per-week contract;
  • A one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent employment contract on good performance in your first year.

Here’s what you bring to the table

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business or similar;
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities;
  • Interest in working with data;
  • Working knowledge of one or more data visualisation tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or Qlik;
  • Enough experience working in Microsoft Excel to perform financial calculations.
