HR medewerker - Junior Talent Sourcer

Important: Excellent command of the Dutch language is a requirement for this role.

What will you be doing?

Apply direct ⎯

  • Selecting professionals based on individual interviews (we’ll teach you how);
  • Identify top talent for BrightStone Group;
  • Write proposals introducing our clients to our professionals;
  • Facilitate our consultants: you will help them prepare for interviews with our clients;
  • Negotiate terms of employment;
  • Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to find the right candidates in data-driven ways;
  • Take a deep-dive into the world of finance, risk, data or compliance

Here’s what you can count on

  • A gross monthly salary of between €2.600 and €3.000;
  • A learning path tailored to your situation;
  • A laptop and smartphone;
  • Various internal courses on coaching, employment conditions and more;
  • Promotion opportunities to positions such as Senior Talent Scout or Field Manager;
  • 22,5 days' leave based on a 36-hour-per-week contract;
  • A one-year contract with the possibility of a permanent employment contract on good performance in your first year;
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, HR or similar;
  • Strong communication skills;
