Non-Financial Risk Control Specialist

Do you have proven expertise in risk and control frameworks and want to make an impact within an organisation-wide change programme of high strategic and regulatory priority? Then we’re looking for you. For the End-to-End Non-Financial Risk (NFR) programme we are looking for an experienced Non-Financial Risk Control Specialist to start at very short notice.

What will you do as Non-Financial Risk Control Specialist?

• Focus on the optimisation of controls within selected areas.
• Follow up on existing gap analyses and preliminary guidance to set a structured ‘clean-up wave’ in motion.
• Clean up and improve risk and control frameworks where needed.
• Redesign standards, guidelines, procedures, trainings, and communication for stakeholders.
• Work closely with other workstreams, Policy/Risk Type Owners, BaU (risk) teams, and 1st line control owners.

• A 36-hour-per-week assignment.
• A competitive salary between €8,300 and €9,100 gross per month including holiday allowance.
• A temporary contract until the end of December, with the option to extend.

What are we looking for?

• Proven knowledge of key banking processes.
• Demonstrable experience in building and implementing sound (Non-Financial) Risk and Control Frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of control design and testing of control effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of GRC workflows.
• The ability to switch quickly between stakeholders at different levels.
